Terms

  1. One account and one key per person or team. The first batch has 50 seats.
  2. Use the data inside your own product or workflow. No bulk extraction of the dataset, no redistribution or resale of the data, no sharing of keys.
  3. We suspend keys that break rule 2, and we may close the service or change prices with notice on this page. Balances on a suspended key are not refunded.
  4. Prices and the trial are as stated on the pricing section of the landing page and in the plumbing guide: €0.10 per company by id, 30 days included, search and feed included up to the weekly quota.
  5. The data comes from public registers and is served as published there. We give no warranty on completeness, correctness or availability. Check the source document before you act on a filing.
  6. Belgian law applies.

Privacy

What we store about you: your email address, a hash of your API key (never the key), and a request log per key with the path, status, cost and duration of each call, kept 90 days. The dashboard uses a session cookie and, right after you create a key, a one-time cookie that hands the key to the page. Both are needed for the service, so there is no cookie banner. The API sets no cookies, and neither the site nor the API runs analytics or tracking.

Processors: Supabase (accounts and ledger, EU region), Vercel (this site), Hetzner (the API, Germany), Resend (confirmation mail), Cloudflare (DNS, DDoS protection and the signup captcha).

What the API serves: public register data on legal persons (companies, associations, foundations). Natural persons are not served: no director, shareholder or representative names, no person ids. Press headlines are quoted as the publication printed them and may name people. Company contact details are the ones the company registered.

Attribution: contains data from the KBO/BCE Open Data (FPS Economy, SME, Self-employed and Energy), reused under its open data licence.

To see, correct or delete what we store about you, or to report data about you that you believe we should not serve: Mail us.
